As a member of the Association you are expected to sign and agree to the following restrictions and limitations on the use of the Seal. Violation of any of these pledges, or misuse of the seal can be grounds for dismissal from the Association. 

1. I will not affix the Seal to any advertising material which makes claims of handicapping accomplishments, unless those claims have been approved by the AADSH
(Approval may be via email). 
2. I will not, in my advertising, denigrate any other member Sports Service or handicapper of the AADSH.
3. I will fulfill any guarantees and live up to all agreements made between my company and its customers. 
4. I hereby state that I do not sell or advertise the selections of any other Sports Service or handicapper.

I further understand that the AADSH will not grant permission to use the Seal to verify accomplishments of which the association has no knowledge.

1. Fill out the application form and attach it to your email message. Email the application to apply@aadsh.com . This will serve as proof of your request to join.
2. We will reply via email, with your invoice for the program fees that you selected on your application.
